3b. Online Showroom

You may wish to create an Online Showroom that will allow your customers to view Product Packages online and make selections via e-mail.

• Enter a name for your Online Showroom.
• Select Product Package(s) to display in your showroom.
• Customize your showroom by including your company information, development information, pricing and display options.

Once your Online Showroom is set up, you can send an e-mail invitation to your customers announcing it is ready for viewing:

• Customize your profile information to display on your showroom homepage.
• Select an Online Showroom you wish to make available for viewing.
• Indicate which customers will receive the e-mail invitation to your showroom by adding to or selecting names from your address book.
• Create a message to add to your e-mail invitation and click Send.

Managing Your Assets

All the information you save can be found by clicking on the Manage/Edit link at the top of the page. From here, you can view, edit or delete information as needed. You can also make global edits, such as changing logos and development names.
